SMS & MMS Messaging Policy — VIP Aesthetic Center

At VIP Aesthetic Center (“we”, “us”, “our”), we want to provide you with convenient text and multimedia message communications, while maintaining your privacy and regulatory compliance. This policy sets out the rules and expectations regarding our SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Message Service) communications to you.

1. Consent & Opt-In

  • We will only send you SMS/MMS messages if you have expressly consented to receive them. Automated marketing or promotional messages require your prior written and logged consent.

  • Implied consent (for example, your phone number simply being listed) is not sufficient for promotional campaigns.

  • When you opt in via a web form, phone call, or paper form, we will clearly explain what types of messages you will receive (e.g., appointment reminders, specials, promotional offers).

  • We will keep records of your opt-in: timestamp, method, phone number, message type consented to.

2. Opt-Out

  • Every SMS/MMS you receive from us that is informational, marketing, or promotional will include a clear way to opt out — for example: “Reply STOP to end”.

  • If you reply with “STOP”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or any equivalent command, we will honor your request and you will no longer receive messages of that type.

  • For help, you may reply “HELP” or contact us at [insert contact info]. Standard message and data rates may apply.

3. Usage & Frequency

  • Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, promotional offers, referral program updates, or general clinic notifications.

  • Messaging frequency may vary. You will be notified of the types and frequency of messages when you opt in.

4. Message Content & Link Use

  • Messages will clearly identify VIP Aesthetic Center as the sender.

  • We will avoid using link shorteners or unbranded domains in embedded links — links will use VIP Aesthetic Center or other clearly-branded domains.

  • We will not send messages that promote prohibited content (see Section 5).

5. Prohibited Campaigns & Content

We will not send SMS/MMS messages with any of the following content or conduct any of the following campaigns:

  • Campaigns involving loans, mortgage, credit repair, debt relief, or other high-risk financial offers.

  • Messages promoting alcohol, tobacco/vape products, firearms, or other regulated goods.

  • Messages that contain pornographic/adult entertainment content, hate speech, threats, or fraudulent/deceptive behavior.

  • Messages using affiliate links or third-party lead generation lists.

  • Messages that violate carrier rules or any regulatory requirements.

6. Automated & High-Volume Messaging

  • If we send automated messages (such as appointment reminders or promotional blasts), they will only be sent from numbers registered for that purpose, with your consent.

  • If using high-volume messaging, we’ll ensure message limits per originating number are respected (for example, no more than ~50 messages per minute per number unless otherwise approved).

  • We will monitor and manage opt-outs, delivery status, and maintain compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.

7. Your Data, Privacy & Sharing

  • We collect your phone number and other relevant contact details when you opt in for SMS/MMS communication.

  • Your SMS consent information — including phone number and messaging preference — will not be sold or shared with third-party marketing affiliates or for lead generation.

8. Carrier Fees & Service Limitations

  • Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier.

  • If you exceed reasonable usage or violate this policy or carrier rules, message deliverability may be affected, or service may be suspended.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Messaging Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on our website and indicate the “Last updated” date.
